Learning Tree Preschool is a wonderful preschool that fully prepared my children for kindergarten. The teachers and staff are true professionals who care about the students and make this a community where every child feels safe and nurtured. We are approaching the end of 5 years at Learning Tree this June. What an amazing 5 years it has been! Thanks to Learning Tree both of my kids have been well prepared for kindergarten, have made amazing friends (so did I), and have had the best time during their preschool days. I feel so lucky to have been a part of my children's early childhood education by having the opportunity to co-op. I have SO enjoyed getting to know my kids friends, teachers, seeing what really goes on during a school day, watching the kids learn and develop socially...the list goes on. I knew the first time I dropped my children off for school was going to be hard - not for them, but for me! Learning Tree offers a unique way to experience the transition into the school environment in a gentle way. I started with my twins in the Mommy & Me at age 2. The following year when it came time for the first drop-off, they already knew their surroundings and the staff, but now they were joining the ranks of the "big kids". The opportunity to co-op in the classroom is another one of my favorite things about the school - you get a glimpse of your child interacting with his or her teacher and friends. Learning Tree Preschool is the best! I love the co-oping aspect of the program, and being able to be involved so closely in my children's first years of education. Not only do you really get to know the teachers and see how they interact with the kids, but you also become very close, often even friends for years beyond preschool, with the other parents. My son loves school so much, and it's because of the loving staff and teachers. He is warmly greeted every morning, by name, by every single person who works there. It really is like a second family for all of us. He has learned so much since being here. I have no doubt that he will be fully prepared for kindergarten after he's finished with the pre-k program next year. I also can't wait to have my youngest son start the 2 1/2 year old program next year! read more
