It was a great way for me to step back and spend quality time with my baby for an hour a week with no distractions. She liked the song time and playing with all the beautiful toys. I liked getting to know other new parents. But I didn't realize I would learn so much too! I learned how to set up my playroom with toys that would encourage her optimal development. I learned about her different "sensitive periods for development" where she would be especially sensitive to learning different things. As she got older, I learned about how to practice positive discipline. It was all so fascinating and made me feel that whenever I had questions about parenting, I had a place to turn to for answers! Now she's in the toddler classes, and I've never seen a space full of 10 toddlers that is so calm and peaceful, yet so fun! I highly highly recommend these classes for all parents!

They are such warm, kind, inviting and caring individuals. Most of them are moms and treat the children like they are their own. It feels great to know my baby is in great hands and well cared for. Now that she can talk she tells us all about her friends at school and what she did that day. She talks about her teachers and how she loves them and they are her friends. It melts my heart. We love that they offer healthy food for the kiddos. They have fun events, parties and each day has a theme - wacky hair or mismatch day. They are very accommodating and easy to work with. She learns so much, has a great vocabulary and she's very social and this is all due to KinderCare!

She has moved through 3 classrooms so far, based on stages and age groups, and has loved every one of her teachers. She is learning a great deal there while having fun. She loves the art projects she creates, talks about her friends and the books they have listened to and discussed at story time, and even came home last month counting to 10 in Spanish (at 2 1/2). They also have wonderful special visitors like Mr. Scott (whom my daughter adores). I can not say enough good things about the owners, Christine and Bill, and their wonderful staff of caring teachers. They genuinely seem to love each and every child there.
