I got a quote a little higher than I wanted, so I called around and it was about 200$ more at both places I called. As a female college student who has a mechanic for a dad, I had some questions I wanted to ask to make sure I wasn't being ripped off. When I called Firestone back to ask those questions, I spoke to a woman needed to put me on hold about three times to get answers. Finally, she came back and somehow the price had gone up about 40$. I asked her how that was possible and she said "I don't know that's just how it is." I asked her another question and she then proceeded to hang up on me, as if my car was not literally parked at the shop to be worked on. I immediately called back and a man named Matt answered the phone. Matt was more professional than the woman I spoke to and answered all my questions and listened to my concerns. I think due to the woman being unprofessional and hanging up on a paying customer, they gave me a discount which was very much appreciated. When I went to pick up my car, the woman then rudely questioned my discounted price in front of me. My discounted quote was upheld. Firestone was able to get me in very quickly and get the parts needed quickly as well. While I don't appreciate being hung up on for simply asking rather routine questions, every other staff member I spoke to was very nice and helpful. Come to find out the completely wrong oil filter was put in my car resulting in my engine to lock up and now have to pay for a brand new engine. Customer service was awful as when I called to ask what could be the problem the day of the oil change they said "I don't know what could be causing it" and not know the issue, let alone put a completely wrong oil filter in a car and letting the customer leave knowing it was wrong, what if it was your car?

They estimated work to be completed Wednesday and called me Wednesday morning to say the job was done and under the estimated price. This was my second visit to the shop (first was for state inspection). I feel very confident and comfortable using this shop.

Mt daughter had a blow-out and not a lot of time to shop around or wait for a repair. She contacted M&M and they told her to bring it in and they'd take care of her. She changed the tire and dropped it off. The tire wasn't able to be repaired, so they matched the current tires she had (from M&M), changed it out, and had it ready quickly. The customer service is just incredible here. Living a distance away, it makes me much more comfortable knowing a company like M&M is around.

Sometimes they want cars that we don't". They offered me 24k for my car, Duncan offered 27, and KBB says 29-31. You don't have to take my car, just keep your attitude to yourself. If you don't like your job, fine a new one. I wish I had a better time there, but she honestly ruined my experience with her personality and her attitude.

When they called me back, they told me they couldn't find anything wrong with the tire, even after they took it off the vehicle and everything. Since nothing was wrong, they didn't charge me any fee or anything! They even replaced the valve on the tire for free for me incase it just wasn't reading right. They even checked things like my break pads and battery. Thankfully, they found out my battery (less than a year old) was almost dead! Thank god they checked or I could've been stranded somewhere. Michael was the individual who called me back I believe, so I assume he was one who worked on my car. Thank you NTB and Michael for your help and service. I called them up while we were waiting for our tow and we discussed if they had the tire in stock or if we could just go with what they did have. The person I spoke to was so helpful, she looked up the tire and said it needed to be ordered. I was also told they could replace all four tires and get us on our way that day. We ended up going with that option and were able to be towed to the NTB in time to get that done. Joe and his team kept us informed throughout and got us on our way as soon as they could. Everyone was just so helpful, we are beyond grateful for the help and courteousness.
