The people in the test centers are absolutely powerless to contact anyone in the "main office" to discuss an issue. And when writing to the email to contact "Main office" there is no one to confirm receipt and much less give a time frame for an answer. The phone is never answered (confirmed by onsite crew) and the voicemail is full; A total lack of interest to have any feedback or contact with their paying customers. As to getting an email answer, they will not even write their name when copy pasting predefined answers. This is not a standard for test centers, I had two other test centers and the communication and response was fluent both by email and phone; I would recommend the Bitts testing centers or the Canada College any chance you have to choose over Precise Solutions.
