Instead of being a place of growth and encouragement, the school created an atmosphere of fear, exclusion, and constant judgment. A teacher, Rory consistently singled me out in ways that felt unfair and humiliating. The leadership under the principal, Janice, only made things worse -- the administration fostered an environment that was punitive rather than supportive, and students like me were left feeling isolated and diminished. The impact of this experience has stayed with me long after, which says everything about the culture of this school. I would strongly warn families to reconsider before sending their children here.

She started at Linden in junior high school with average grades and a perception of herself as an average student who struggled in various subjects. She left Linden with top grades across all subjects and a perception of herself as someone who could do anything she set her mind to. She went on to attend the University of Toronto and graduated with an Honours Degree with Highest Distinction. I will always be grateful to the Linden School. Dave works with his team both online and in his office on Yonge and St. Clair. They tutor students statistics and economics day and night, since they do online tutoring in different countries. These guys are the real deal, I just wished my professors were like them. They explain things so simply that you wonder if you are actually studying for the same course. I got 85%!! You/your child will be attending one of the best schools academically in Toronto, but you/your child will have absolutely no social life. I came here from a very large public school and let me tell you my social life, now, is a crap shoot. There are no friend groups, and no one gets along well. Constant unnecessary drama and students do not get along well at all. Also prepare for your child to be spoiled for life because the clientele that can afford a $30,000 a year school are the wealthiest in Toronto. Lastly the school has no sports, school spirit, student life, and the "committees and clubs" are a joke. Nothing is taken seriously by the students except for academics, and the teachers and administration promote a miserable environment by only focusing on academics. If you want your child to be extremely bright but likely a nerd without a social life who spends his days at home either studying or playing video games then this is the school for you. If you want a well rounded happy child who balances his school and social life than this is definitely not the school for you. My personal opinion is to NOT send your child here.
