I had Kyle come to repair our black leather couch. He was there for about 2.5 hours and charged us $320. He guaranteed his work for 30 days. He told me that very rarely did he need to come back with in the 30 days. Well within two weeks we had the same problem. He came back and worked on our couch again. He told us that it would only get worse. He advised us to get a soft blanket . What a joke and waste of money and time. Highly dissatisfied and wouldn't use this business! read more

Boomer here..my leather sofa was ripped in multiple areas due to my pets having free range. I contacted two other leather repair businesses who either did not call back or one said he would forward an estimate via text and just blew me off w/out a text. I contacted LeatherDr Pro and received an immediate response from the owner. I texted photos of the sofa and we followed-up with texts and verbal conversations regarding the damaged sofa. Costs and date was confirmed and the owner's son showed up promptly and completed the job professionally and was very courteous. The price was fair and my sofa looks great! Over Priced, Rude and Sarcastic... I'd go elsewhere! I messaged for a quote and when I politely declined the quote the owner started sending me nasty text messages. The portfolio of work does not look "PRO" and I would say the professionalism of the owner isnt very "PRO" either! all I could think was imagine if something went wrong with my order and I needed to discuss it with the owner... i'm sure he would unreceptive and quite rude so I decided not to take the risk on this amateur operator. read more
