Thankfully, we have Siemers Glass. First, a service technician came to our house to take measurements. After measurements were taken, I was given a choice of replacement glass to meet our needs and budget. It was estimated to take about 5 weeks before the glass was delivered but it was delivered in less time and for a good price. The office staff were friendly, the technicians were friendly and they installed the glass and repaired the door in less than an hour. Two guys were there by 10am Thursday morning with an excavator and I do believe any and all parts they could possibly need. The two men were friendly and courteous and obviously hard and efficient workers that had it dug up, repaired and recovered in less than two hours. The bill for the job was MUCH less than I expected. I'm probably going to have them replace the entire system this summer.
