They went behind our back and got paid from the bank, even though I explained I would be out of town for a funeral. Since they have built our bathroom, the sink has fallen off the wall, multiple plumbing issues with the toilet, the fan is so loud it bothers the ears and had no outside venting (which I specifically asked for). All the floor tiles have come up and I have them duct taped for now. None of the finishing nails in the frames were hidden, the paint job didn't even last a year, we had no shower curtain bar or toilet paper holder, I had to specifically ask for shelves in my food pantry (as if I were going to stack the cans). The fuse box , although framed, was left showing and the floor is not even with the kitchen floor next to it. I asked that my old small porch be put back on blocks by the back door until I had a porch built. First night back I nearly walked in to the night air and hurt myself. Yeah, no porch. They also tore down my old deck, but left the concrete stairs for us to contend with. In all we are so not happy. There simply was no respect for us or our wishes."
