Their low rating comes as a result of the next job we were considering them to do. We want to remove the tub/shower units in both our bathrooms, and replace them with walk-in showers. After calling and leaving messages over a two week span (it's the only way to make contact because no one from their company answers the phone), I finally heard back. After explaining the situation, I was told that Jim (the owner) would come out to size up the project and give us an estimate. He did make it out that day and looked at the job, but he said he would get back with us with an estimate. Unfortunately that's where the story ends, so to speak. Jim never got back with us; we called twice and left messages; finally the lady called and assured me that she would contact Jim; and still nothing has happened. Almost two months has elapsed, and no more word from them. You would think they would have the decency to at least call and say they don't want to do the project. So much for customer service!

They even were more than accommodating when they accidentally damaged a neighbors property during the install. (A complete accident and not because they were careless). Not only did they apologize in person for the incident, but they handled it with professionalism and made sure the property owner was absolutely satisfied with the repairs. Top notch all around! The owner, Don Maxson, responded in an entirely inappropriate and unprofessional manner. He brought my mother into it, accused me of slander, denied that I had ever even called them, and not only refused to fix the problem but refused to even list what they had done stating that they won't do that for anyone so that they can charge another visit to undo what they did. I simply attached photos of all the messes he denied making and screenshots of my call log and phone bill proving I had called them. I never heard another word.
