The guys on day shift are AMAZINGLY sharp and friendly. They are all about the best customer service. They are always there with a biscuit for our dogs! The station is super comfortable inside. Two clean bathrooms and a whole array of snacks and meal-type food to satisfy you. I also want to point out that the prices are quite reasonable. While some stations are out to price-gouge, you won't find that here. It's a nice feature. As a female traveling alone, I've had questions a few times with pesky car issues. The guys are so helpful and will refer me to local places in Burns that can take care of specific problems. I didn't get to know the evening staff as well, but they are friendly and helpful too. The station is open 24/7/365, so count on it to be open if you need to drive through Burns at a nonstandard time.

There are a couple of RV parking spots with connections out front. Last time we came through, they let us add some water to our tank, since one spot wasn't occupied at the moment.

Hailing from Portland, we love to get away to the eastern part of the state and enjoy the small town atmosphere, getting away from the hustle and bustle of our everyday lives.
