The secretary could not give a reason as to why they didn't show up. She said she would check and call us back, but never did. We were contacted by the owner after writing a negative review and he stated he wanted to make things right if they were given another chance. His worker showed up and tore off the shingles around our chimney to fix the flashing but brought the wrong-colored shingles with him. He had to put the wrong-colored shingles on so the roof wouldn't leak and said they would come back with the right colored shingles and replace them. They never did. We also had another damaged section of roof that they tarped back in June, that was never repaired.

I searched for landscapers on several sites and received a few quotes through Yelp. Many were much more expensive, but John stood out from the beginning. He went to the property promptly, assessed the yard, provided a fair quote, and sent me photos. Honestly, the yard was in much worse shape than I realized. There were extensive weeds in the backyard and a lot of land to maintain. John exceeded my expectations. He treated the yard by spraying approximately five gallons of weed killer to tackle the overgrowth. Because the weeds need time to die before they can be fully cleared, he explained that he wasn't able to complete the backyard during this visit. He offered to return in two weeks to finish the job for a very fair price, which I truly appreciated. He mowed and cleaned up as much of the property as possible, and the transformation was incredible. His pricing was honest and reasonable, and the quality of his work was outstanding.
