My family will NEVER EVER use them as our general practitioners again. They have screwed us over…read moreas patients twice (both me and my husband). Let me start in August of 2012 where I was sick with a upper respiratory infection which untreated turned into full blown pneumonia all because they refused to see me without a $300 deposit (my husband lost his job and we currently have no insurance). I ended up getting treated and put on 12 different medications at a free clinic which i am now on 2 different inhalers for the rest of my life because of their negligence and lack of caring for their patients. Now today, on 9/6/13 my husband needed to see them for high blood pressure (it was taken by his employer nurse being 180/110) and they refused to see him until 9/10/13. What kind of general practitioner turns people away when they are in their time of need? I thought they were supposed to care!!! Needless to say we will never go back and i will be spreading the word of their greedy money hungry policies and warning everyone of how horrible they are. I wish they would let me score a minus 10 stars for their rude receptionists who obviously cant see the urgency in their patients needs as well as the practices crappy policies that are basically killing their patients. Not to mention the office manager who is rude as hell and would be better off running a toxic waste dump with her attitude than an office of untrained individuals with no class or respect.

Therefore, I am not keen to praise doctors. However, PAMF has a wonderful, smart, caring family doctor that I am compelled to recommend. Her name is Doctor Maggie Williams. Dr Williams is smart, dedicated, experienced, and caring. I have had some major medical issues which Dr. Williams expertly diagnosed and has been helping me resolve. My daughter has a medical issue that her pediatrician and gynecologist misdiagnosed but Dr Williams was quick to diagnose correctly. Dr Williams is conservative and logical in her approach to treatment. She listens and asks intelligent questions. She will order tests when appropriate and will refer patients to specialists both in and outside of PAMF. She will take the time to answer your questions and concerns. She really cares. Like I said, I am very skeptical of the medical profession but if you are looking for an excellent family doctor, then check out Dr. Williams. LeBauer is apart of the Cone Health system so you are able to use their MyChart portal to update your information, to see any test results and to communicate with the office. This eliminated having to fill out that stack of paperwork you normally fill out at the doctors office which I greatly appreciated. Both my initial visit and return to have blood work done were very timely. For my initial visit I waited less than 5 minutes before being called back and the bloodwork took about 10 minutes total from my arrival to me walking out the door. Overall I am happy to be a patient at this location.
