I couldn't disassemble the bed because I recently had back surgery. The lead man acted like he didn't like having to disassemble the bed. He removed the mattress and lifted the frame and noticed cobwebs on the bed. He said my bed was infested and I needed to get an exterminator. The bed is bug free and the is 9 years old. He said he couldn't move it then called me filthy several times. I cancelled my order immediately and won't buy from them again!!!

They are amazing!! My husband and I have came into the St. Joe mattress firm multiple times over the past 2 years and always liked the service but these two are amazing. We finally decided it was time to upgrade our mattress and went in Saturday. TJ met us, listened to what my husband was looking for. Showed him options. Explained all the differences. Treated us with such kindness. We decided to leave and have dinner to talk over the bed options. When we came back we thought it'd be an easy order, pay, leave. Even though we showed up right before closing we thought it'd be quick. Dylan had so many options with the special that we didn't even think about. He was so kind and informative to help us pick the right add on even though we showed up 10 mins before they closed.

Our CSR, Shawn, was so informative and showed us all the options available. He took his time. We were not rushed or abandoned like other stores. We were allowed time to talk, discuss amongst ourselves and ask plenty of questions. I liked all the options that were available. So many fabrics to choose from. That was a highlight for us. I will definitely return to this store for any future furniture needs. Customer service cannot be beat. You get what you pay for, not super cheap, but high quality furniture.

I told him if had to wait that long I would have the Amish by Jamesport make one for me. He repeatedly told me the Amish didn't make them at Jamesport. I have personally been to the shop where they make log furniture , and have seen them make it. I sure don't appreciate being told I am a liar to my face, not a good way to get or keep a customer. I will never enter that store again.

I always so excited. I couldn't believe it. They were very nice to me. They new I had no money so they made sure I was able to get my sister and I a Nintendo Switch with no extra cost to me.
