Our CSR, Shawn, was so informative and showed us all the options available. He took his time. We were not rushed or abandoned like other stores. We were allowed time to talk, discuss amongst ourselves and ask plenty of questions. I liked all the options that were available. So many fabrics to choose from. That was a highlight for us. I will definitely return to this store for any future furniture needs. Customer service cannot be beat. You get what you pay for, not super cheap, but high quality furniture.

I have personally been to the shop where they make log furniture , and have seen them make it. I sure don't appreciate being told I am a liar to my face, not a good way to get or keep a customer. The selection of bedroom furniture was ok- they did have a big selection of living room furniture though. This is not a complaint. We were happy to not have to drive far. The employee did inform us that several things could be ordered online. She was very helpful, and not pushy at all. We found something we really liked, and it was on a closeout price, so even better! We asked if they could wrap it, and they wrapped in foam and then plastic. Very secure- no need to worry about it getting scratched on the way home. We would definitely check it out again.

I couldn't disassemble the bed because I recently had back surgery. The lead man acted like he didn't like having to disassemble the bed. He removed the mattress and lifted the frame and noticed cobwebs on the bed. He said my bed was infested and I needed to get an exterminator. The bed is bug free and the is 9 years old.
