Her problem really is not with the office, but rather with the cheap insurance she has. She removed her post from Facebook because everyone told her it was not the doctors office that had a problem. It was her. Now, I understand everyone can't afford premium insurance, Kristen will soon find out very few Doctors will even see her with that insurance. The shame of it is Dr. Altman would have worked out something with her. But she chose to be rude and ignorant to the staff. Take her review with a grain of salt. Or a mountain of it. I have been a patient of Dr. Altman's for at least six years. He's done wonders for my neck and back. And he has quite the following. His office is usually very busy.
