Upon the recommendation of a friend , I called & made an appointment. Scheduling was easy & her location was convenient to my home. Dr Rizzo indicated that the pain was coming from my spine & not the hip! After the 4th visit I felt considerable relief from pain! She uses different methods to address my specific needs. I hated to leave my last chiropractor, Dr. Robin Cole, who is fantastic and highly reccommended, but I wanted to try a new method of treatment. Dr. Farrell can really get your muscles to release using a deep accu- pressure ( my definition ) method using his hands, fist and thumbs. He then stretched out my entire lower back, hips, and chest. I started a stretching program with excercises he taught me. My back is slowly relaxing, muscles are releasing, I am standing straighter and taller with less pain and spasm. Dr. Farrell is also advising me with proper nutrition and weight loss and supplements. He shares his office with Dr. Maise Hahn. I have not been treated by her, but she has a very good reputation. Try one. Try both. Then YELP.
