Passed at least 2 hardware stores on way to job. = No plans to lay drain pipe but asked for full payment. Not. I should not have gave any. Way too many days went by of no communication as to when coming back. Two times reached out to correct invoice & show paid in full. Both times, she'll get on that right away. Never did. He said she said a message was left. No voicemail from him. They offered to return. I said thanks but no thanks. He was hard at working. Fast & ready to leave with the cash. Wasn't a full days work.

After 10 minutes, he left, saying that he had to go get some tools. 30 minutes later he sent a text, saying that it was now going to be $1200. I think this is a prime example of the classic bait and switch. Needless to say we won't be going with this poor example a business.

This company was hired to install a roof on a house we purchased (we had no control over what…read morecompany was hired). We were unable to find an office address or company phone number to contact the company, which is very unprofessional in our opinion. The address listed is the owners former residence. While the roof was supposed to be done prior to closing date, it couldn't happen due to trouble getting materials, and was delayed about a week, which is understandable. However, communication was very unclear as to what day the roofers would show up (we had supplies blocking our driveway for about 3 days before anyone showed up, though we were told they would be there THE DAY the materials were delivered). Additionally, when the workers did show up, only one person spoke English so we could not communicate well. They also brought a 7 year old girl with them who was running around our property the entire two days they were working on the roof. While I respect parents who work, we did not appreciate an unsupervised child on our property without our consent or any notice. No one said anything when they were done, they just up and left. We had to clean up the supplies that were left behind. They left a ton of nails and debris on our roof we had to climb up and clean off. There is also two obvious dents in our gutter that were not there before, but no one came forward about it and again the company is hard to get a hold of. We were able to get a call from the owner during our contract period at the request of the realtors, but he promised us quotes and paperwork and never delivered. This was before the nightmare that was the actual installation. The lack of communication obstructed our ability to move in and coordinate with other contractors doing estimates for other work on the house. We reached out over text and email to talk to owner to se what we could do to make it right and have not heard back since. We waited a week before posting review in hopes this was a one off project and not something up to their normal standard. Would not use again. Poor communication, no pride in their workmanship, poor quality of work, and poor professionalism.
