Moist, actually pulled instead of shredded, like some places serve. The sauce and seasonings are enough to flavor the meat but NOT overcome the actual taste of the pork. This is key to seasoning, smoking and serving pork/chicken/beef or fish. Too many places saturate the meat with their idea of taste, all the while, masking the meat with spices. I also had a bite of the tempora bacon, basically, deep fried bacon. It was tasty, a little bland, but heart stopping good. Another great thing that they carry, Cherrywine soda!! I love that stuff! Everything was absolutely amazing. What really stood out to me, though, was the owner's kindness and customer service. He noticed my elderly aunt was getting overheated in the sun and immediately offered her a chair in the shade along with a complimentary bottle of water. He also found out it was my mother's birthday and surprised her with a delicious Orange Julius drink on the house. He took the time to come out, chat with us, and genuinely make us feel welcomed and appreciated. That kind of hospitality is rare these days. Anytime this truck is in my area, I will absolutely be supporting this business. Great food, amazing service, and an even better owner. Highly recommend!
