The taste was good; I tried a bit of the mustard-based BBQ sauce and I like it. The portion sizes are generous and we all had a to-go box. Our server was very attentive, friendly and did a good job. Just be honest so people can plan accordingly instead of sitting around waiting. Second, fix the pickup process. If orders are repeatedly being stolen, require customers to show a receipt or order confirmation before handing over food. This is such a simple solution, yet the same excuse keeps being used. Every time, all I hear is "We're sorry," but nothing changes. An apology doesn't mean much when the exact same problem keeps happening. I used to recommend this place to everyone because the wings are incredible. Unfortunately, I can't do that anymore. I won't be dining here for the foreseeable future, and I hope the owners see this review because this is a management problem, not a food problem. Simple, consistent, and exactly what you want. Rest rooms were also in need of a refresh but the were working. All in all and after our experience we would return.
