This time, I opened it in the store, and it still did not fit. I immediately showed it to the employees at the register, and they could clearly see that the item did not fit as intended. Despite witnessing the issue, they refused to offer an exchange, refund, or any solution. The employee told me that I should have asked them to open it before purchasing, even though I had no reason to believe there was a problem with the product. I am very disappointed with the lack of customer service and unwillingness to stand behind the products they sell. Because of this experience, I will not be shopping here again and cannot recommend this store to others.

The store is always in tip top shape and there's a wide variety of products from skin care to hair care to accessories. I almost get overwhelmed due to how many items they have lol (but that's a good thing)! The customer service is always great when I come here. A while ago they had a reward point system where you spend a certain amount you get points, but this time they didn't offer that incentive. I would recommend they bring that back. Although my experience is great each time I go here, the music is a tad bit too loud. Also, the store has a variety of different products. There have been many times when I have driven from Hoover to Homewood because I couldn't find what I needed in my area, but I found it here. It's conveniently located--not far off the highway. They also have a rewards program. You can earn coupons for future use once you've purchased a certain dollar amount.
