Best decision and recommendation ever. They responded quickly, assessed the situation and went to work mitigating the damage. They had to remove he flooring and all of the lower cabinets in the kitchen then store them in the garage- along with other personal items in other rooms. There was absolutely zero damage. We continue to be impressed as the house is now being remodeled and put back together. All cabinets were salvaged. Facing a situation this awful was overwhelming and there was concern about whether our insurance policy would cover the claim. Jon, the owner, guided us throughout the process and kept our spirits up when weeks went into months not getting answers or a response. Finally, we learned we were getting everything covered! They came the next day, diagnosed the problem and returned the following day with the adequate equipment to fix the blockage in the drainage system. Sam explained the problem and advised me on how to avoid future issues. He and his assistant were at all times professional and patient when answering my neverending questions. We hired Horvath to fix the facia on our home and caulk the windows. They sent a crew out who…read moredidn't speak English and did a very poor job. They replaced the crown molding in the facia with a piece of wood too large and thick to fit between the drip shield and the j channel. Instead of using a brake to bend and shape the aluminum, they bent it over a piece of wood. The caulking was terrible. No one ever came out to check on them. When they came out after several phone calls, they refused to fix it correctly. They wanted to cover up the problem and wouldn't address the caulking. They did reduce the amount we owed them, but we payed for work that was never properly completed.
