Do not hire this con artist. He scammed my 86 year old mother out of th of dollar. He did about $10,000 to $12,000 worth of work and scammed $44,000 out of her. We wanted to turn a half bath into a full bath. The first two weeks was fine after that he would call her in the morning or text her saying he was coming and wouldn't show up till 11, 12 or 1 o'clock in the afternoon then work for a couple of hours if he showed up at all. At one point he had the hot water to the faucet that is outside. She was with out water for at least two weeks and she's been without a washer and dryer for the past two months. For some reason, he got into the heating duct and disconnected a cold air return and put hot air into it. he did not use schedule 40 for the sewer line. The walls are so uneven so we could not lay tile until we halfway straightened them. The drain for the shower is higher than the floor. I've got pictures to prove it. Oh and he also thinks sewer line water will run uphill 6 inches. He had the opening for the toilet 4 inches from the wall so we had to relocate that so we could put a toilet in. i've got pictures to prove all of us and copies of the cash checks. I think the worst part about the whole thing is my mom's 86 years and he basically held her hostage in her own house for six months. He said he was coming to work on and he never did half the time and she was sitting there in that house putting her life on hold and who knows how much time she's got left. We hired Drew to do a bathroom remodel on 1-21. On 3-10, I fired him. He lied constantly, saying he would be over "tomorrow morning", only to ghost us for days. He accomplished little more than the demo and some blocking. I later found out that during his absences he was arrested on two separate occasions for OVI and Possession of Controlled Substances. Do not trust this man to be truthful. I have since hired another contractor to finish the project.
