It has been more than a minute since I have been down here in Fort Myers, Florida, but walking into this hotel gave me a certain feeling of homecoming. This is aesthetically pleasing Days Inn hotels that I have stayed in. It is a joy to stay here, especially after staying at similarly priced hotels in the area. Breakfast here is pretty simple. Yogurt, hard boiled eggs, coffee, pastries, etc., but it works. The gym is small, but it is a Days Inn and the elliptical gave me a workout. The staff here are very friendly. They have put in a kiosk with a friendly man removing in from somewhere, but, at least for now, they have people at the counter.i can't say that I like these kiosks, but it is the logical next step in being more efficient with the staffing at hotels. One person covers multiple locations of hotels. All in all, this hotel is hard to beat in the Fort Myers, Florida area at this price point. I would definitely recommend this particular location of the Days Inn.

I was told there would be no charge for early check out because of my Wyndham status, it ten minutes later when checking out I was told I would be charged. When I asked about security I was told there are housekeeping and laundry attendants on the premises. Unsafe and deceptive!

We were told to call the manager on Monday when we arrived home and they would assist us. Upon arriving at home, we found ants in three of our bags. Spent almost 5 hours at a laundry mat washing clothes because I didn't want to infest my house. Management refused to call me back and sent an email offering to comp one night. I refused and called corporate who was only able to comp us 2 out of the 4 nights. This hotel is an absolute dump and the management does not care about the patrons. STAY AWAY!!!!!!

I have generally found Hampton Inn beds and pillows comfortable, but these were very UNcomfortable. The room itself was also very small. For our family of 3 with 2 queen-sized beds, there was hardly any space for 2 large suitcases. The bathroom had a roller door that was to save space, I suppose, but did not roll particularly well and came off its track. Hot water was not to be found if trying to shower during "peak" times. Over our 7-day stay, breakfast was also consistently subpar for the usually delicious Hampton Inn breakfast. As far as the good, the bathroom was fine and clean, and in-room fridge and microwave convenient. The location was also convenient to the highway. The staff at the front desk were also extremely nice! Overall, really a miss for me with this Hampton Inn.

The staff is friendly and helpful. We stayed 8 days with 2 rooms. This hotel is clean. The housekeeping staff does an amazing job. They deserve raises. The person checking in is always helpful. Barbara Shott was there to great us on arrival. I was impressed by her willingness to help. I thought that maybe she was the exception but since then we have dealt with all the mangers and they are all great. The pool area is well kept. The complimentary breakfast is of the highest quality. The rooms are quiet. The air conditioners are whisper quiet and you don't heart people slamming doors all night. If I come back to Fort Myers I will stay here

As a lifetime diamond member, my husband was even able to check in a bit earlier than we expected. Staff has been very nice and accommodating throughout our stay, by the way. Friendly. Our room with its king size bed and sofa was large. We always take advantage of the in room fridge and microwave. It looks freshly painted and decorated. The large screen TV is huge! The bathroom has a tub shower combination with shower curtain. The toilet seat is small and low, however. Lots of fluffy towels. Breakfast is included. My least favorite combo was the meal the first day -- a whites only egg something with greasy sausage pieces that look like a hot dog chopped up. The second day was a bit better with an omelet and sausage patties. Luckily they have waffles, cold/hot cereal, and breads to toast... One positive was the free bottled water provided. This was a nice amenity. We chose the hotel for its convenience. We were in town to watch our great grandson play in an invitational baseball tournament. And the fields were not far away. I'd stay here again.
