Needless to say, this company was able to come out on Monday when I called them and followed up with me on Friday with my options. Overall, very happy with the quick response. Initially, the first 30 minutes of communication with the owner, David, gave us a very positive impression. He responded quickly, asked detailed questions, and seemed professional and genuinely interested in the project. Unfortunately, everything changed the moment it came time to actually move forward. After the initial conversation, communication completely stopped. We followed up the next day no response. After waiting two more days, David finally replied on the third day, asked a few additional questions, and once again seemed interested. We invited him to come see the property so we could receive proper guidance and begin discussing the actual work. After that silence again. It has now been over a week with no meaningful response or follow-up. The lack of communication and professionalism has been extremely frustrating and honestly a waste of our time. A business in this field should understand how important responsiveness and reliability are, especially when clients are trying to move forward with serious projects. I noticed another review describing David as very responsive and responsible. I can only agree with that based on the very first half hour of communication. After that, the experience was the complete opposite. Unfortunately, based on our experience, I would not recommend this company to others looking for reliable and client-oriented service.
