The job took longer than they estimated because they did not realize that I had tilt-in, double hung windows with interior sills. However, they worked hard and coordinated the work to get done efficiently. The work scope was inside & outside window cleaning plus the sills. Unfortunately, the cleaning rag was not changed out enough and half of my windows are streaked. But the sills are squeaky clean!
