They used cheap products, the workmanship is terrible, and they left my home is in a worse condition than before they started. They charged me for things they didn't do and lied to the bank telling them things were complete and withdrew the money, which is a lie. Only now are they telling me "we don't do cabinets, tile, or paint." What type of bathroom remodeler doesn't' do these things? They now have $110,000 of my money with an incomplete and shoddy job. The job is so bad it looks worse than a trailer and I have to hire a lawyer to sue them to help make things right. They left a hole in my floor that goes through to the dirt below, incomplete electrical work, a shower that is of the wrong material, another shower that is not complete, laminate that is already peeling off 1 week after application. A nice college guy was very helpful so much so I went back in a couple days and ordered a door. The lady who places the order was nice. She seemed new. Asked another guy for assistance. After he got finished small-talking he finally came to assist. This should have been my first clue. Anyway, door was to be in in a few days and they would call. Almost two weeks later I call to check in it. The guy doesn't seem to want to help me. Doesn't ask for my photo # to look up the order after he can't find it by my name. I offer it. He sneakily said it would be helpful. After being on hold he said he'd have to call me back...obviously stalling. I wait. No call. So, I go out. Same guy gets up to help me AFTER a guy asks for help. I give him my receipt. He Looks it over and finally says it's around back go get it. I ask about the mill work I've paid for...clearly marked on the ticket. Oh, yeah they can do it I just need to bring in the door. I ask if I need any paperwork or anything. No, he'd let them know. We'd be back in 30 minutes. Back in less...and no one has a clue. They guy in the yard can't do the mill work. He doesn't even know if the door is there. The guy who does the doors is gone! So, we have to come back. Have no idea even if the really have the door I paid for. Sum it up, they old guy in the office didn't want to help me at all. He wasn't going to call me back. I wouldn't be surprised it they lost my order. I think he was pissed I was making him work til noon on Saturday. My husband was letting me handle it since I ordered it. But, it was fairly obvious he didn't like dealing with a woman. So much for trying to deal locally.

They told me in advance that it would be 30 days as it was a special order and I said that would be fine. I pretty much knew that in advance as that is what every place else had said also. Anyway, I went out to see if the door was in and they told me that the factory had messed up the special window in the door and they had shipped it back and that it would be 1 more week. I was good with that considering I would get exactly what I was wanting. It came and because of the delay they even brought it to my house at no charge. That's service and I will definitely shop there in the future.
