It's been days since we've had a taste of home cooked meal. Here at Hong Sing, we had some really fluffy scrambled eggs with onions, cauliflower, egg drop soup, stir-fry of snow peas, bell peppers, and chicken, and a sizzling plate of beef. The most obvious is the move away from the food court into the dining precinct. Closed off in its own little box, it allows a more authentic experience and provides great people spotting. Take away is still available but I chose to dine in. The menu is massive but I already had noodles in mind. Chicken stir fry with satay or sweet chilli sauce, yum!
