Don't go if u have plans went to get my birthday nails done and Dominic did incredible work with my nails but took me 3 HOURS after my appointment time! He knows that the own over books them and felt bad since he knew it was my birthday and gave me some cash to run to Starbucks he's a gem but the owner was so rude and mean when I originally asked if I could step out to get something to eat since it was such a long wait she said she may give my slot away my slot that was already 3 hours late!!! I ended up leaving there at 5:20 and starving but I got my Starbucks after thank you Dominic vibes are so off there!!! read more

Do not come here. Disgusting service. My 17 year old daughter went for her toes and repeatedly told the man servicing her she did not want her toes cut down, he repeatedly told her no that she needs to cut them down and repeatedly ignored her requests because she was a vulnerable teen alone. He kept filing her toes down and making them bleed. And when I called to complain and ask if they could listen to her requests they stopped in the middle of her service and told her she had to leave. Please, do yourself a favor and find another salon. I have been a loyal client of Lee Nails on Cortez Blvd in Brooksville for years, which made this experience even more disappointing. After my service was completed, I asked for clarification about the pricing because prices are not posted anywhere for clients to see. I had received less service than on previous visits, yet my final bill was higher. I kindly asked if the prices had changed or if there was a reason for the difference in cost. Instead of receiving a clear and professional explanation, the owner, Amy, began yelling at me in front of employees and other customers, saying that she never charges people incorrectly. My intention was simply to understand the pricing, not to accuse anyone of anything. I felt humiliated and embarrassed by the way I was treated. What shocked me the most was hearing her tell the staff to "remember my face and name" because I would never be served there again all because I asked a reasonable question about my bill. After being a customer for years, I never expected to be treated with such disrespect. I want to say that the staff members have always been kind and hardworking, and I appreciate the service they provided. Unfortunately, the way the owner, Amy, handled this situation completely changed my view of this business. Over the years, I had heard staff members express concerns about being treated rudely by their boss. During this incident, I experienced what felt like that same behavior first hand. This was, without question, the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I do not recommend going to this salon. Customers deserve to be able to ask questions about pricing and receive a respectful response. A business should treat both customers and employees with professionalism and respect. I have been to this place 3 previous times. Linda always did a great job on my nails. The last time I was there, when I went to pay, the price had gone up considerably, which I was not aware of, nor was there anything posted to let clients know. I did comment about the higher price when I went to pay and was told that cost of products have risen, so they raised their prices. I paid the higher price, still gave her a large tip, and she even wrote the new prices on the receipt. Went in today to make an appointment and was told that she does not want to do my nails anymore. Makes no sense. Reason she gave - that I have issues with how appointments are made. NEVER have I said anything to her or anyone else in that shop regarding appointments. Like any other nail or hair salon, you either stop in to make an appointment or call - which is what I've always done, and taken whatever was available to me. I'm positive she has me confused/mixed-up with another client (if the reason is really what she claimed) - but to just tell me that she doesn't want to do my nails was insulting to say the least. read more

Sam did my nails first time I went in , loved him great job . Only went back because of him , however he has been out for months - still went back hoping he would be there not yet. I called made appointment for mani and pedi just like any other time I have been there . The tech got done with pedi and owner said NO I DID MAKE APPOINTMENT FOR MANI - I explained but I did make appointment for both . Instead of treating me a loyal customer which I had been , her response NO YOU DID not if you want a mani come back later . No one spoke to us when we walked in and when I finally asked for a full set they said they did not have anything available for the day. I went there for one fingernail replacement and a change of color nope they were busy for an hour. I come back only one customer in the place all employees sitting in the back, nope can't do it their busy. Terrible customer service. I've made 2 appointments and came in at my scheduled time. They didn't even acknowledge that I was there. I waited 30 min the first time before leaving. The second time I made an earlier appointment thinking that it would be slower in the morning. Again the same thing happened no acknowledgement that I was there. I waited 20 min and told them I was leaving. They didn't even look up from what they were doing. I will never go back and definitely do not recommend this salon. read more

was extremely excited to get my nails done since i just moved here. i'm disabled and have a bone disease, but i've NEVER had any problems getting my nails done. my mom and i walked in the other day and she looked at my mom as if i weren't there and said "can she open her hand?" and my mom said "why don't you ask her?" she looked at me and said so rudely "can you open your hand?!!!!" she was so nasty to me that we walked out of there and i had tears in my eyes. i will NEVER EVER recommend this place to any decent human being. i'm still shocked that someone could be so cruel, cold hearted, and flat out rude!!! read more

Made an appointment on three occasions and had to wait 30 - 45 minutes each time. Linda does a great job on nails but she has been out sick for months now. Had my nails done by one of the guys on Friday by Sunday two broken by Thursday another two. What did I expect as he completed a fill in 30 minutes. I'm not giving any stars because the staff of this business, is unprofessional and lacking of common courtesy. I have witnessed the staff members speaking ill of other customers and the business rarely keeps true to their set appointment times. If I could give no stars for this place I would. The staff is very nice but because of one particular young lady who is always there running the show, Im giving one star. She's so ridiculously rude and unprofessional. I've never been to a nail salon in my life where I've been told to read the sign in and figure out how long it will be. She quoted me an hour and a half to two hours. When I came back in 30 minutes she told me that she doesn't hold spots for anyone and I had four people in front of me. I came in before two girls.. One had an appointment the other one didn't. When I came back in after my two hour quote both girls that came in after me had their nails and feet done. This is the third time this lady has mis-quoted me. Horrible service. I always go hoping that she isn't working, but she is. Stay away if you don't have 4 hours to spare to get your nails done.
