This review is overdue, but it needs to be done…read more Long story short, a few years ago when masks were mandatory, I knew very little about skincare and how to treat my skin. Understanding my skin is oily, but not understanding what that means and what products I needed, I began to get cystic acne. This left HORRIBLE scarring. I did multiple rounds of microneedling (3) and multiple rounds of Opus (2) , with only some progress with my skin - and they were painful procedures + horrible downtime. Fast forward to the beginning of Summer 2025. I had the pleasure of meeting Rachel at the beginning of the summer. I expressed my concerns, and listened to her recommendations; Three rounds of super injector microneedling. I was pleasantly surprised when Rachel told me what to expect and what the down time looks like. I started my first session in June, then again in July and lastly in August. I moved overseas in September, so time was of the essence! Downtime was almost none. Pain? None. I didn't even use numbing cream, that's the best part! During the appointment, Rachel used products to prep my skin both BEFORE and AFTER the microneedling. The first session I actually fell asleep, and i'm so grateful that Rachel didn't mind my snoring!! So knowledgeable, professional, kind, and truly passionate about her work.
