Effie is extremely knowledgeable, unbelievably skilled, and genuinely passionate about her work. Whether you are looking for a relaxation massage or therapeutic massage, Effie is the best! I have been living with lupus for over 17 years, so I know how tricky massages can be for people with autoimmune disease. Having had several horrible massage experiences that left me with injuries and/or in a lupus flare, I had written off massages several years ago. Due to some ongoing injuries from a fall, I decided to give massage therapy one more try. And, I am incredibly glad I found Effie and decided to give massage therapy one more chance!!
