Recently had a disappointing experience at Rosario NailBar, located at 1538 Lakeview Dr, Sebring, FL 33870, but I believe it's an opportunity to learn and grow. My friend paid $90 upfront for services that were discussed and agreed upon, but due to some misunderstandings, we decided not to proceed. The owner informed us that if we left, we would lose our money. When I went to discuss the issue with the owner, she refused to talk to me and even told me I'm not allowed in the shop. I was surprised by her unprofessional behavior, but I'm choosing to focus on finding a resolution. The owner kept the $90 without providing any service, and when I mentioned taking it to court, she seemed unconcerned. I came to FL about eight years ago to take care of my elderly mother and this was her place. Her hair was cut here, and Perms were done here. She also got her Manis and Pedis here. I brought her at least once a month and often more. Along the way I started getting my own pedicure. Soooo, this is a five-year update review. Customer Service- Exceptional! They are especially good at accommodating changes in appointment times when needed. My pedicurist Texts so there is no need to play VM tag and that is much appreciated! Cleanliness- They are obsessed! Everything is sanitized and sterilized to the Nth degree. I have zero worries about cross-contamination. Performance- I am always seated within five minutes of the appointed time. I never have a complaint and there is never a slip and any pain. The foot and leg massages are included and excellent. Pricing- My Pedi has always been $35 + tip even through and after the pandemic. I find that very fair. There is a reason these fine folks have been around for over thirty years!
