After finding that he closed his business (the day of my session) I decided that it wasn't good business practice to not contact his customers and inform them of this. After searching for him, I found him on facebook and requested a refund. He is refusing to refund my deposit even though he closed his business. A business that closes its doors is obligated to refund deposit for service. I understand he is practicing under someone else however it still doesnt give him a right to keep the deposit. That business is closed and any contract I signed is null and void.

The owner's wife made an appointment for me with Joe. He listen to my idea, drew it out and made it a reality. Wouldn't recommend to anyone. When you see on Facebook that the artists send out pictures of tattoos that they want to do on people, you tend to get the idea that they could really care less about what they can do for their customers!!!
