The branch seemed a lot more open and welcoming, they had a nice amount of banking machines and even one of the most comfortable seating areas I've ever seen in a bank other than B Works in Manchester, with blue sofas! The silver colour flour and a carpet/rug in the seating area, made everything seem considerably more modern and comfortable too. From the outside, the branch stood out too with the large Halifax sign and promotional writing "Giving you extra" in the window. The welcome and help from the staff could be improved, however, and again making this branch more digital, to match the modern features and feel of the branch would also be a cool idea to look at for the future.
