I booked my first appointment online with Beverly which was super convenient and a must as I usually plan my schedule late at night. Admittedly I was skeptical as I have tried many therapists over the last decade and beyond...only to be disappointed or feeling "meh" about the massage. I'm happy to say my search is OVER! Yay for me..and possibly you too! Bev is AMAZINGLY talented at what she does and very knowledgeable. BEST massage I have literally EVER had in my life! The first time I'd been to the doctor, chiropractor and physical therapy, and had very little relief after 3 weeks. I was relying heavily on pain meds just to get through the day. He massaged my neck, clavicle, and arms and I felt so much better walking out that I couldn't believe it. The next day, I was pretty much back to normal! This last time I didn't think of Ryan first thing because it was my sacroiliac and I didn't realize he could help with that. I had seen the chiropractor 4 times and the doctor once before I thought of going for a massage. Again, the difference in just one day was incredible. I've also gone in when I just wanted a nice massage, and was not disappointed. But from now on when I have muscle or joint pain, I'll be calling After Effect first! And if all of this wasn't enough, Ryan is also a really nice guy who makes you feel relaxed and comfortable right away. He has my highest recommendation.
