He LISTENS to you and doesn't give you the feeling that you don't know what you're talking about. He and his staff genuinely care about our family and make us feel like we're his only patients. Most practices experience a high turn-over with staffing, this one doesn't know what turn-over is. They've had the same staff since we started going there. The last time he was in a lot of pain and my father refuses to go to a hospital, so he tried to get an appointment and they told him he would have to wait weeks, so my father decided to see if another doctor in town could see him. There was one that saw him a half an hour after he call, which is awesome!. Then when my father was able to go so his regular doctor, he was told they dropped him for seeing another doctor. They did not even have the courtesy to let him know before his appointment. My father is an 80 year old man and this is how they 1. Treat an elderly person & 2. Shows no respect or regards to his patients. I am totally disgusted and would never recommend this doctor to anyone in need.
