It was less than 20 minutes after that call that I finally received an email from him saying that he has decided not to represent me. I was like, "are you kidding me, am I being punked?" This was especially concerning to me because right after he got my permission to represent me, he used that to gather private information from an ongoing investigation, and THEN ignored me for 2 weeks!
