Unfortunately, they did not have my size but they also did not ask what I was looking for, or offer other options. She just sneered at me and disappeared in the back. Meanwhile, another associated was giving superior help to an older lady nearby and completely ignoring me. I was hoping for a "treat" for myself and ended up in tears and without any special shoes for an upcoming event. Guess I should not have combined shoe shopping with a trip to Lowe's. When I opened their door I was transformed into a boutique store that not only offered a variety of jewelry, clothing, fashionable items to shop for but several unique hand crafted items from artist around the country. Their customer service was impeccable, the sales staff was attentive and informative without being pesky. Sales associate Baxter, was absolutely adorable.
