Threads is Tiffin's only boutique shop! Well all righty then. Lets try this again. Threads Inc. is Tiffins only boutique shop but don't let that scare you off. This place is a real gem! Tucked between other local business's on the edge of town, I wondered into this store after a hair appointment just two doors down. When I opened their door I was transformed into a boutique store that not only offered a variety of jewelry, clothing, fashionable items to shop for but several unique hand crafted items from artist around the country. Their customer service was impeccable, the sales staff was attentive and informative without being pesky. Sales associate Baxter, was absolutely adorable. He made a point of marching right up to me to say hello in his own special way. After a quick shake and pat he had deemed me good enough to shop their and moved on to the next customer. Kelly was also a pleasure to meet. Her passion for fashion and customer service is second to none. She has done a fantastic job of stocking the store with something for everyone. From the quilted Vera Bradley bags in the back of the store to the beautiful Pandora jewelry up front, I knew I was going to leave here with something. However, I had no idea it would be an original hand crafted jewelry box from a London, England born artist. Belts, bags, shoes, dresses, tops or bottoms she has so many items to choose from if you don't find something to buy it's because you aren't trying. .

Unfortunately, they did not have my size but they also did not ask what I was looking for, or offer other options. She just sneered at me and disappeared in the back. Meanwhile, another associated was giving superior help to an older lady nearby and completely ignoring me. I was hoping for a "treat" for myself and ended up in tears and without any special shoes for an upcoming event. Guess I should not have combined shoe shopping with a trip to Lowe's. I bought Nike sneakers from this location, which unfortunately really hurt my shins, calves and feet.. I returned a week later with my receipt and simply asked if I can make an exchange because the Nike sneakers hurt my feet. Not only did the women at the counter say I could return them, but gave me great advice and helped me choose new sneakers for my long distance running! I now have Ascics sneakers and the support is amazing and I have no pain! So nice of this store to let me return shoes I already wore and take the time to help me choose the correct shoes for my feet! So friendly and kind!
