NOW all that is gone, even the vending machine is empty. No way to clean the inside of you vehicle or you glass. They claim there more into the wash equipment to give you a better wash. We my truck still comes out with dirt and streaks and now there are no rags so I can touch it up. Other car washes in town do just as good a job and are cheaper then $18. Total scam! They butchered the installation, spitting on every promise they made and leaving us stranded. They shoved damaged appliances full of dents and scratches down our throats, banking on us being too stupid to notice their junk. An assistant manager spewed lies about fixing it, only for them to call the next day and demand more money for installation we already paid for upfront. To top it off, we spoke to a manager at the Nashville location who was outright rude, treating us like garbage for daring to complain. Their customer service is a disgusting sham--dishonest, useless, and infuriatingly arrogant. Avoid this pitiful excuse for a store unless you love being scammed and disrespected. By the way, Ethan was a pleasure to work with and tried to help - but the others in the store was a waste of time and effort. I noticed that the owner responds to these reviews but offers nothing to address issues in his response. Only saying things like "it's unfortunate" or "we hope to do better to regain your trust". My plan is if we don't resolve this issue in the next few days, I'm going to load $12k worth of high end appliance on my trailer, haul them to the Cookeville store and camp out in their parking lot with a huge banner saying how I was scammed and sell my appliance in the parking lot for penny's on the dollar. When I pulled around and told the guy I bought the wash from he said "they are dirtier than we normally see but let me take care of it myself." Prices were good! So many beautiful home good things, I wanted to take everything home!!! So clean and organized, the employees were so nice. The bathrooms were huge and immaculate. The BBQ. DAYUM. So delish!!! I loved my brisket sandwich. They're known for their fudge and it didn't disappoint. We bought candy, jerky, pudding, sandwiches, sodas and lots and lots of souvenirs. Can't wait to check out the next one! I'm officially a Buc-ee's fan!
