The service at the counter is always friendly and they do have Saturday morning hours if you can't make it during the week. The biggest reason for my update and downgrade from 4 stars to 3 stars is the pricing. The pricing is to a point to where I take in a few shirts and a pair of slacks and it's $30. Crazy. I remember when it was more like $1.50 a shirt and now it's over $3.00. I've started buying more clothes that don't need dry cleaning as a result of their increases.
