Lady working was so helpful for such a busy Friday. We're camping from out of town and needed laundry washed asap. She pointed us to the most cost efficient machines for our loads and made sure we were up and going. Walked around several times to check on us to see if we needed anything. Clean and quiet facility. i can say nothing but pleasantries about the Employee from Honduras. she is most helpful and friendly. On the other hand, the Black lady is shamelessly rude! She was walking around when I got there as though working. the machine i was waiting on went off and after a few minutes of no one retrieving their laundry i looked down and she was sitting at the end of the row visiting. I simply ask if she knew who the laundry belonged to with the thought of my letting them so so I could get mine to washing. She looked at me with a hateful face and said I don't know and I'm not on the clock yet! I just ask a question. A few moment a later as I was finishing up loading mine, she got a lady close to me to get my attention so she could look at me with that face again and tell me to put the lid for the detergent down then she turned to her visiting friend and started talking about me while looking right at me. How unprofessional. I can believe what another customer once told me about her hinting for tips and bullying your wash to get a tip now. Last thought, seems like she would have remembered she was not on the clock yet bossing me around about my lid like she did when I ask a simple question. read more

First time using the laundromat. I needed a king comforter washed that wouldn't fit in my washer at home, so here I am. The place is nice! It starts out with automatic doors which is nice when walking a armful of laundry. I entered and was surprised on how big the place was as well as how clean! To the left is the card center. You buy a card and use that to pay for wash and dry. It is reloadable/usable so don't throw away. They have several different sizes of washing machines from 3$-8$. The dryers line the side and back walls for .65 cents a dry. They have sitting areas through out and vending machines and a little play area too. Only a couple of tvs but do offer free WiFi! They also have an ATM machine and an on hand worker that will help you if needed. They also offer drop-off service that will do your laundry. Being it was my first time I did need help on buying the card as it was a little confusing for me. She was nice and friendly and walked me through everything. Worst attitude ever!!! Dropped my clothes off on my lunch hour and went back the next day to pick them up...no one there. Went back the next day no one there. Finally got the "manager" to answer the phone only to be told she does not want my business because of my attitude...really?? I just wanted to know when I could get my clothes. Offers free wifi to draw in customers but does not provide any decent space to set laptops up. Only tables near outlets are occupied by broken touch screen games. When broken game was moved woman came raging in saying it had to stay there. If you just go to wash it is fine but the customer service sucks. read more

When entering the whole row of single load washers (the cheapest) were broken besides the last one had old clothes which could have been molding. It has free wifi that is not set up for people to use. The only two tables in the building have power outlets and they are used up by broken touch screen games. When moving one that was already unplugged a worker became rude over it. When asked if they had an extension cord for the laptop so it could be used at different table she refused and became more rude about the games must be on the tables. Have had trouble with service before. The bathroom is not one you want to go into. Watch your dryer close because people will take things from it. The employees watch the broken games and their Soap Operas more than the premises. This can be seen because, a person was using dish washing soap in the industrial washers and employees did not do anything about it. read more
