You also don't need an app. Just call them or flag them down. A little expensive though, $10 per person so our cost for two adults and two kids was $40 and we really did not travel far. Cash only. While convenient, we chose the 15 to 20 minute walk after the game. Also, $40 will get you a parking space near the stadium.

Both the driver and the passenger were smoking as well as playing very loud metal music to the point that they couldn't hear where I wanted to go. When I did arrive at my destination he did not stop the meter and racked up another $1 while he fumbled around trying to get his credit card machine to work. I will sooner walk along the highway before I call them again.
