Overpriced, lazy, rude and nasty. Meter never came on, traveled less than a mile and fare was twenty dollars. Driver never offered to help with bags and was a smartA$$ when I insinuated that he might help. Cabs are never really clean, but this was a border line super fund site. I wish that had gotten driver and taxi service Alabama Public Service Commision information so that I could file a complaint. read more

The older operators a pretty decent, but there were a couple times when I entered their units and couldn't help to notice the stench of marijuana smoke and expired permits....driven by the younger females. We are told to support the black buisness, but if this is the kind of service they have to offer, I'd rather roll with Yellow Cab. read more

Called them for a ride and they never showed up. Do not consider this Taxi service.

This was the worst. There is actually only one car but they won't tell you that. When we called they said they were 15 minutes away. After 20 minutes they said they were 10-12 minutes away and to please give them a chance. After another 15 minutes the dispatcher wanted us to feel sorry for her because the driver wasn't being truthful to her. After waiting a full hour we gave up! I really wish I could give them no stars because this whole experience was absolutely horrific. I had scheduled to have someone pick me up and take me to the train station 2 DAYS IN ADVANCE. Got a call the night before asking if I still needed to be picked up, confirmed it, and then got a call the morning of telling me that their driver was on their way to get me. Went to wait outside my building, sat there for an hour and a half, tried to call back, was told they were almost to UA, sat there another 30 minutes, and kept trying to call back but they never answered...NEVER EVER EVER using this service again. read more

Never call these people!!! I booked a cab first thing in the morning for my daughter to get from the airport to the university. They asked me what time her flight landed and for her to just walk out the airport and look for The cab name on the side of the vehicle. I also gave them her full name and cell#. They never showed up and when my daughter called their # they told her they don't go from the airport to the college!! She called me panicked from the airport whereas I called and they told me I never called them!! I argued that I wrote everything down as they gave me the info!!! My daughter had to wait at the airport for 4 hours until another friend flew in to give her a ride!!! To think I found this number on my daughters college website as a cab company to call for assistance gets me sick. I will be calling them next to get them removed so no one else's daughter or son gets stranded like this again! read more
