Lee's towing was absolutely amazing and is tasked with overcoming the bad reviews from a previous owner. Travelers Insurance Roadside Assistance gave them the wrong address and wrong phone number and they did the research to figure out the right phone number to call me. When I gave them the correct address, Travelers had sent them 10 miles in the wrong direction. Previously when Travelers has done this to me the tow company just canceled and several hours passed leaving me stranded. I am so appreciative that Lee's towing went above and beyond. I think you got me mixed up with my friend who was with me. I was not confrontational it was my friend who was getting that way. All I was doing was trying to take what was mine. Toolbox and hitch. My car broke down and they came to tow it from my house to the shop. Intentionally the tow was sent through my insurance company and John came out quickly to tow my be vehicle but since he towed it (Feb 13th) I've reached out countless times since the 13th of February to get a tow ticket so my insurance company can process the claim. My insurance company as also reached out and it's been crickets. It is now March 28th and I still don't have the tow ticket. I've sent multiple messages, tried stopping by the office but it's not opened to the public. I will say it's completely frustrating to constanlt reach out and not get any communication back from this company. read more

Had On-Star contact tow company to come pick up wife's car and take to tire store due to flat tire and flat spare. Driver took about an hour which was no problem at all. Driver asked my son to move car into street from driveway so he could load front of car onto truck first. When I came out to introduce myself he just stared at me. My son told me what he wanted me to do with vehicle. I backed it out into street and then asked him to back the tow truck to the car in order to try and limit damaging the sidewall of flattened tire. The driver shook his head , rolled his eyes, and said "whatever"! I told him to go ahead and leave I would call On-Star back and have them find someone else to do it. We called Lee's Towing to get my husband's work truck pulled out of ditch during the recent snow storm around 830 in the morning. We were told the driver/company would call us when they were on the way to the truck, and that it would be about an hour and a half. So we waited. Around 10AM, we decided to head out so that we would already be en route when they called. We go to the site nearly 40 minutes later and still no call. Around 11AM we called the company to see where the driver was. The dispatcher told us the driver had driven by around 930AM and decided the truck was too big for him to pull the 2 feet back onto the road. THEY NEVER CALLED TO TELL US THIS! My husband asked if he were to get in and put the truck in reverse would the tow truck driver then be able to pull the truck out. Dispatch called the driver and he said he thought that would work but it would be 45 minutes before he could get to us. Okay, we'll wait. After ANOTHER hour of waiting, we called again to get an ETA. The dispatcher was RUDE, told my husband there were other calls in front of us, and we would have to wait. He then pointed out to her that we had called at 830 that morning, so were in fact before people calling more recently, that they had driven by and decided not to help us and NEVER called us. The dispatcher then told my husband she didn't need his attitude, that SHE would cancel the tow, and proceeded to hang up on my husband! We will NEVER call Lee's Towing for service again. It does not matter how busy you are, you DO NOT treat customers the way we were treated yesterday!! After that we drove into Johnstown and found another company to help us get the truck back on the road. read more

My family and I were camping and boating in Glendo WY when our Motorhome broke down in a remote area; approximately 25 miles away from the town of Glendo. After talking to several tow companies that couldn't help us we called Lee's Towing. They were exceptional! They responded quickly, arrived as soon as possible and did a great job with a difficult situation (we were on a narrow dirt road at night and in a very remote and dark area). Jeremy, the owner of Lee's Towing, was extremely courteous and friendly. He accommodated a large group of people during this tow as we had a full RV. They also arranged a location to take our motorhome near an auto parts store and tools so that I could work on it the next day. When the problem became more than I could take care of Lee's towing also towed the motorhome to a nearby mechanic and even arranged for our boat to be picked up and transported to Wheatland where our RV was. Lee's Towing definitely helped us out during a horrible experience. They did not take advantage of the fact that we had limited options and were in a bind. Jeremy is courteous, professional and knowledgeable about what he is doing. This ordeal could have been a millions times worse, instead it has been made as pleasant as possible. It has renewed our belief that there are still good people and companies out there! I would Highly recommend Lee's towing for any of your towing needs in Wyoming or Colorado! read more

We had an unusual need to remove a 33' RV off of some steep land in Fort Collins. The weather left the ground muddy and icey, making this very difficult to remove. After calling at least 20 other tow companies in the area who said they couldn't do it, I got hold of Jeremy, the new owner of Lee's Towing. Fantastic. Jeremy came all the way out to Estes Park to tow our vintage bus, took the extra step to help us find a mechanic when so many repair shops had declined to work on an old bus. These guys went above and beyond what I would expect from a towing company. I got in an accident on I-25 and the police officer on the scene called them to tow my car off the highway. I had no idea what to do but they were very friendly and straight forward with me about my options and wanted to do what was best for me and help me out. They ended up bringing my car to their lot and waited with me until AAA arrived since I had a membership with them. When the AAA driver arrived, he was extremely rude to both me and the guys that towed my car. The AAA driver informed me that AAA wouldn't pay the lot fee to get my car, even though they normally do, and wanted to charge me a fortune to tow my car. The guys at Lee's Towing, knowing the situation I was in, ended up telling me that they'd take care of me instead, and waited around with me longer until one of their own flatbeds came. They truly wanted to help and made such a stressful day a lot easier. I really couldn't ask for better service. I would definitely use them over any AAA driver if I'm ever in need again. read more
