I told her that I was referred by a friend of friend who had a good experience with them and that I don't have that person's last name. She refused to "start my intake form" without the first + last name of the referrer. I got upset and asked her if her law office was not willing to take on new clients and she replied back with a short and indecipherable one word comment "No". Again, I reiterated, "So without the full name of my referrer, you don't even want to talk to me about my case" and she said frustratingly, "Ugghh I need that track my referral sources". I'm not stupid to know that they DON'T need my referrer's name to start a consultation request, so I insisted she just write me up as "found on google.com" and that's when she got more upset. I asked her to call me back on a different line and she never did. I then phoned the office manager, JoAnn to leave her a message about my horrible first experience with the law firm and she never got back to me either. I'm not going to bother with them anymore. If this is how they want to treat new customers, GOOD LUCK WITH YOU! I want nothing to do with you and will take my prospective business someplace else that will treat me better.
