My bankruptcy has been discharged unbeknownst to me. I had no ideal. The only reason I found out is because of an alert I received from my credit report over the weekend. I keep requesting a phone call to discuss business matters, but they will only send text & screenshots. I have no formal document in print or by email. My car company provided me more bankruptcy information than I ever got with the lawyers I paid. The lawyer & the assistance Alexis has nasty tones & microaggressive. This whole company is a joke. Ryan, the owner said he has too many cases to be focus on mine and then tried to ridicule me for having financial difficulties. He had me work with his son Brandon who has a background in real estate law, and I think he has a broker's license too. I had used a prior attorney in Ann Arbor who could not figure out anything and charged me $1,600. She was pretty terrible so I had low expectations. Within a couple hours, Brandon reviewed the pages and pages of title documents and figured out exactly what happened to the exact dollar amount. He advised me well and helped resolve my issue with the I title company. He communicated his fees ahead of time and kept his word. I absolutely would refer this firm to anyone. They are honest, up front, and effective!
