I found Taz to offer great flexibility, allowing us to choose the package we desired (and the one that best fit our needs/budget) as well as the start and end time of our wedding photography session. In comparison to other photography services, I definitely found their company to offer great quality services for the price. On the day of the wedding, both photographers, Taz and Kenji, were very friendly, easy going, and accommodating. We felt relaxed in their presence and the aspects I appreciated the most were their helpful suggestions when taking photos. They were able to use their vast wedding photography experience to guide us in posing, making the photos appear natural and relaxed. Both photographers interacted very well with our friends and family members ,being easy to socialize with and making guests feel comfortable. Taz went above and beyond and even ran back upstairs to ensure I had locked the door prior to leaving for the wedding ceremony. Each of them has their strengths, whether it be photography, video, editing or even a special knack for getting those rare shots from little kids that make family and friends say "awwww", and are an integral part in covering your day or event. I've long admired the work of Visions By David, but assumed that with their level of experience and time in the business that we'd never be able to afford their services when the day came for our special day. Still when it came time to begin having conversations with photographers for our destination wedding in PDC, Mexico we reached out to them anyway to see what, if anything was possible. Meeting with David and Marianne was like meeting with old friends right from the get go, David is the artist and Marianne his director (well sort of, but aren't all wives their husbands directors, haha). We felt super comfortable with them from the get go and when we expressed our concerns about budgets and the like, the told us not to worry and that they would work within our budgets and produce something extra special and memorable. We decided on a photo and video package for the wedding, and in addition to their fees we paid for the travel of 3 team members. While this might sound like a lot, having the team there 24/7 was great as most photographers you would hire for a wedding in Mexico as we found would charge nearly the same but for 4-5 hours of work on the day of - and you have no in person contact with them before arriving on location. They were true professionals, upon arrival they got to work, walking every square inch of the resort (and off) to find ideal locations and then measuring the lighting days in advance at different times of day so they knew exactly what sort of situations they would be dealing with and where would be best for us to get the best pictures. Where their experience showed was in helping us organize our day of photos so that we were able to maximize every instant and capture it all. They planned a full day where they were able to get the guys getting ready and having some fun while the ladies were getting their hair and make up done, then transferring over to the ladies and the eventual first look and group shots before the ceremony and reception. The benefit of having the team there is they all knew what to look for and if a hand or head was misplaced, or people weren't lining up properly you had not 1 but 4 sets of eyes calling details out to ensure every picture was picture perfect. In addition to our wedding, we also planned to do an offsite shoot at a cenote (naturally occurring cave with water in it). Because of their time in the business they knew who to talk to and where to go to ensure this experience was private, special and amazing. While the video does take a bit longer to get done, it should be arriving soon but if it's anything like the pictures we have (over 1000 awesome shots) I know we'll be able to relive the magic of our wedding day for years and years to come. I wanted to wait until I got my video to write a review but I cant get over how awesome they were. Dana has an amazing attitude. She was smiling the whole time. Every time I looked at her she was smiling which made me smile so it helped my video performance. The husband, George, is very artistic and great at finding opportunities to shoot. They drove all the way from Kitchener to Niagara Falls and they gave me a great price too. I initially found them when I was shopping for a photo-booth and they popped up as a google ad and they had the best pricing. They promised a two-week turnaround, i hope they can deliver! ***** Update: They delivered right on time and boy did they do an amazing job. We booked with M&L Fotographics to shoot our September 1 2017 wedding because of their stunning…read moreportfolio;  of course we wanted a photographer who could make us look great!  But we had no idea that we were in store for so much more with this team.  It was during our engagement shoot that we realized Mike and Liz are both special people.  We had such a great time, it was like hanging out with old friends.  Mike did a fantastic job directing us and putting us at ease during the shoot.  He is creative and obviously extremely talented at his craft, but also so funny and personable you can't help but be comfortable around him and trust that he is doing his thing!  And you can tell that Liz is his rock:)  The results from the engagement shoot were fantastic - we knew we had made the right choice for our wedding day photographer, and we were not disapponted.  Mike and Liz were patient and reassuring with all of the craziness going on the day of the wedding and when I (the bride) was stressed out and even on the brink of tears, it was Mike and Liz who were with me, keeping me sane and laughing.  I will never forget that. They were so professional and accommodating which made our wedding day so seamless. From the beginning, they met with us on a few occasions to understand our personalities and how they could tailor their photos to meet our expectations. On wedding day, they arrived early with their team and they followed our schedule perfectly, even using their imagination and creativity to capture extra shots at our venue that turned out beautifully. Arindam and Shivaani are SUPER SUPER talented and have a natural artistic ability to obtain shots that catch you in the moment. Their journalistic photos convey so many emotions that normally would be missed by portrait shots. Most importantly, Arindam and Shivaani were so down to earth and genuinely pleasant with my guests.
