I had Jysella (no idea how to correctly spell the name) but I love my eye brows, and I feel like she really took into account what I said I liked. I didn't have an appointment oops, but she was able to squeeze me in which was awesome. I even got home and my fiancé noticed something different (he knew I went to the make up store but not sure what all I got) he said my face looked nice. That was a very pleasant surprise. Contacted the store manager and they wanted me to go in to "prove" that I was burned so I contacted guest services and was provided a gift card as a refund and then forwarded info to the general manager who did call me but just gave me an apology. I am awaiting a call from the corporate office because this is unacceptable. Just want to get the word out to others to be careful where you go and who does your waxing.
