It pains me to have to write a review with only 2 stars, but my lash retention here was HORRIBLE…read more Disclaimer: I've had lash extensions PLENTY of times in the past and I know how to care for them. That being said, my retention previously with other places was 3 weeks, if not more. I would only go once a month, ever. I first got a classic full set, and it looked great; I loved it! However, the same day and the following few days, my extensions itself fell off, without being attached to my actual lash. I thought maybe it was a lack of glue, so I made sure to bring it up for my fill, which I got 2 weeks later (which is the shortest amount of time I've ever gone for a fill). A majority of my extensions were gone by the 2 week mark. For my refill, I tried the hybrid lashes because I had some sparse areas with my natural lashes and it was recommended that I get hybrids to fill them in and make them look fuller. Again, I liked the look immediately after. And again, the very next day, my extensions were falling off, WITHOUT being attached to my natural lash. The girls here are super nice, but I can't justify spending money every 1.5 - 2 weeks for fills when I know my extensions could be lasting longer. I've attached a picture of how many lashes came off at a time. It looks like only 1 is attached to my natural lash; the others are extensions by themselves. The other picture is what my lashes look like A WEEK and a half later. I had to get a fill from somewhere else in San Antonio, and the lash girl there told me that because my natural lashes are thin, they weren't able to hold the lashes that Hello Lashes used, which I feel like the lash technicians here should have known based on what my natural lashes are like. Btw, my lash fill done in San Antonio are holding up, so it's definitely not me caring for them incorrectly!

Jasmine is my lash tech and I really cannot rave about her enough! Working in medical device sales, and more specifically the vision care industry, it is extremely important to me to not only have my eyes & lashes look amazing, but be done by a true professional. I have found it extremely difficult to find a lash boutique in the area that even remotely compares to the level of expertise that jasmine and the other girls have here. I travel frequently, workout daily, and wear makeup daily- the lashes LAST so long. Even when it has been 3 weeks since a fill, they still look incredible. The bed is super comfy!!! She provides blankets and a warm towel bath robe which smells amazing and super comfy. I like the whole process because it's super calm and relaxing. She walks you through everything. I have had done LOTS of the treatments at PRIM so I will start the facials. I do the booking online so I can choose the facial I want and the questionnaire so I can write out any extras. She will always walk me through what she is putting on my face or if I want changes or need add ons if time is allowed/price permitting. The dermaplaning she does feels really amazing on my skin and I can tell the complete difference! The room is dark and has tranquil sound bath music. Facials are reasonably priced. I have gotten my eyelashes lifted and tinted. Which makes my eyelashes super dark and lifted for about a month so yay not using mascara. Then I had a lip service which used micro-needling with hydra infusing peptides. It's made my lips feel so soft and plumped! I have been going to this Prim Skin & Wellness the Landmark location since the opening... August 2024. I highly recommend going to see Kacey, she is the sweetest, bubbliest soul, so beautiful, kind, and super knowledgeable in all her products!
