When my son came back, I couldn't logically figure out so Called and spoke to super smart Katherine right away and she confirmed that the original charge is being refunded , will take few business days and the only charge to the account will be $29.59. After not seeing the original charge refunded , I followed up with super smart Katherine on 04/27/24 and she advised I should call their customer service @ 18774624700 to check on the refund status...I called customer service right away and after speaking to them, the rep. played along saying it will take 8-10 days for the original refund. After I questioned Rep. that it doesn't make sense she was adamant that original refund will be posted in 8-10 days. After asking additional questions to provide me a copy of the refund receipt that was processed and providing some sense to the transaction to the rep., I conferenced super Smart Katherine and the rep. on the call and NOW their light bulbs lit and flat out lied that the original refund will not be coming through as promised to my son to sell their useless membership. So They will lie and sell membership and that's not a great way to sell products and memberships. I was able to stop in a little after 9 to get everything I wanted. They offer prepackaged meal deals that's even cheaper than picking your own. It's a great offer because you get one entire choice and two sides; anything labeled a side is a side option and the entires are labeled too but don't trust the internet because they said you could mix entries and you can't get half and half of chicken and fish. The staff at the deli counter was pleasant, helpful and patient while I was trying to decide. They even have individual meals too so you don't have to commit to one meal prep option for the week. Appreciate that you can also drop off your Amazon returns here too. Space is clean, well lit and lots of parking. Pro tip: get the brown butter chocolate chip cookies, it's worth it.
